THE OUTNET

This is my first time I have used The Outnet, I will not be using them again or recommend them to my family or friends.
I purchased a DKNY bag on the 31st August 2022, as yet I haven’t received it, when I check UPS Tracking it says,
Unable to deliver to UPS Access Point. I have sent over ten emails to The Outnet asking when I will be receiving my parcel. Every time they reply back it’s the same message all the time they are looking into it. I have asked for a refund, they haven’t got back to me. They are quick enough to take your money.

Next day delivery is a lie

I placed an order and chose next day delivery. Email confirmation from The Outnet confirmed next day delivery . I then received an email from DHL saying my Outnet order would be delivered 5 days later. I phoned the Outnet but they refused to rectify. I asked them to cancel and refund the order and ask DHL to return the items back to The Outnet which is a service that I know DHL offer. I would never have ordered the items as I need them for an event in 2 days time. The Outnet customer service put me on hold for a very long time and then cut me off.

TERRIBLE. 3 weeks after they delivered to the wrong address they still have £500 of mine and haven’t refunded me!

My order was delivered to the wrong address - the courier admitted this on the one occasion I managed to get through to them (DHL EXPRESS). For 3 weeks I have been calling and emailing The OUTNET to deal with the issue and give me a refund. I am £500 out of pocket and have received nothing for my money. I have emailed the customer care address they quote in response to the poor reviews here and all I get are generic ‘sorry we are investigating’ emails. I have emailed and called repeatedly and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor without success. This is shocking service. They are holding £500 of my money and I have received nothing for it. TERRIBLE.

BUNCH OF THIEVING, LYING CROOKS......
WHERE is my refund????? I spoke to Imee over a week ago, who told me my refund was being processed. I have not had an email confirming this or the money in my account. The Outnet trains its staff to lie, whilst they continue to cheat 100s of customers out of tens of thousands of pounds. Their customer service is non-existent, their excuses are pathetic and the organisation is fraudulent. Legal action will now commence.

terrible...customer services is…

terrible...customer services is terrible...have to wait a whole hour after fighting with the sales representative just to speak to a manager....its a constant fight...they take ages to ship an item..once shipped, ups dont collect it right away , a complete shambles..get an email saying order will arrive next day when not even arrived in the uk yet...an absolute shambles and avoid at all costs ...Their service never used to be so bad, only seemed to have got far worst since i started using them...used them a couple of times in the past years ago and had no problems back then but now are terrible. customer services is shockingly terrible. .

where is my refund?

I posted an item back (from the UK) to return via the provided UPS shipping label and have now been waiting over a month for my refund. Looking at tracking the item is in a UPS warehouse in Italy, and has been for sometime. The Outnet cannot provide me with any updates and keep fobbing me off with 'we are waiting for our team to update'. I keep having to contact them, not the other way around. As the item was posted back in good faith using their shipping provider I expect - as is normal with most online retailers - to get my money refunded as I have proof of postage. Customer service is not helpful at all.

Amazing value and quality.

Been using the outnet for a number of years and never had an issue. Amazing value especially during sales. Latest order in August, took a week arrive but as delivery was free and shipped from Italy I can't complain. Had to return a couple of items. UPS collected the next day and received the refund within a week. Remember that people mostly review when they have a bad experience so take ratings with a pinch of salt.

Great experience with outnet

I recently ordered several items from outnet and I must admit I was a bit worried after seeing all these negative comments, but to my surprise I’ve had a really good experience with my first outnet purchase.
The order was despatched two working days after placing the order (as advertised). It was delivered with UPS and on the day and time when I was told it’s coming.
The package was properly packed, compact and without damage.
All the items were clean, new and without damage. The sizing was correct and everything fit me. I did take my time picking the items and choosing the appropriate sizing before ordering as I absolutely hate the hassle of returning items.
All the products I bought are of good quality and I cannot really fault outnet for anything.
I’m a satisfied customer and I am sure I will order again.

Products falsely advertised

I ordered a bikini and paid extra for delivery so it would arrive before my holiday. When I opened the package it only contained the bikini top. Both the website and my confirmation described the item as a full 'bikini'. However, when I complained they said 'yes the website is misleading but its only a top' and you have to purchase the bottoms as an extra. Despite admitting fault they did nothing to resolve the issue meaning I had to return the top, leaving me out of pocket for the express delivery and without a bikini for my trip. The customer service attitude throughout was, we know it's our mistake but we don't care.

are these authentic products or fakes?

Idk. They come without the correct packaging and several comments suggest manufacturer defects that lessen the product value upon inspection. I am not a product authenticator.

Yes. U cannot sell used, none branded products and advertise u are a registered dealer and all items are shipped in original designer packaging when they are not. It's called bait and switch and it is FRAUD!

The products are originals?

They could be authentic but not properly packaged. I suggest the others who comment that it is authentic have not had them checked for defect or other by an authentication expert. I would say buyer beware. The Jimmy Choo boots I received were obviously previously wore so not brand new and did not come with the Choo box, packaging, or tags. Just a pair of boots tossed in a plain white box with a piece of tissue paper.

I sent a Marc Jacobs back to the Outnet in early July 2016 for repair (after having it for 3 months). It is now 2 October 2016 and I am still chasing up the return of my "repaired" MJ bag. No one wants to help and when I call I get a different person and told that someone will call me back -no one ever does.
